Super friendly staff! Was able to get an appointment next day. The vet was very friendly and he was awesome with my two dogs.
I really like this hospital for my animals needs. Dr. Shannon is helping me with frenchie's ears/allergies. Very professional, friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.
This is one of the best Veterinary offices I have ever been to!! All the staff truly care about the animals and will work with you when you have a pet in need.
My daughter's cat became very sick and we were trying to move him to our own vet in Fergus on Tower Street where he's gone since he was a kitten. We needed to transfer him from the emergency vet in Guelph but couldn't get him to their office until about 10 mins after they closed. Even though he was enroute to their office they refused to have anyone stay to receive him and quoted me an extremely high amount for 3-4 days of care.
We called Animal Hospital of North Guelph and they were AMAZING!!! They said no problem, they'll wait for him to arrive even if he was a little later than we expected. Their care with Cas was top notch and still is, they are also much more reasonable then our old vet.
Needless to say, they are now my daughter's permanent vet office for Cas and mine for my dog & new kitten. Dr. Gary and Dr. Shannan are both spectacular, they also have superb staff always willing to help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and this is the only place I'll bring my pets.
I am so fortunate to have found this clinic. Dr. Gary and Dr. Shannan are wonderful vets. Their clinic is immaculate and beautiful, front desk staff friendly and helpful. When three of my rescue cats were brought in for various issues at different times, the doctors were always kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. I trust the care they provide for my cats and recommend them highly.
I wish I could give them even more stars. Both Shanon and Gary were more then amazing, they were understanding, patient, informative and you can tell they value the love between an owner and pet. I am more then grateful and appreciative of the work they did, I am willing and happy to make the commute from Guelph to Fergus to use them as my vet. Highly highly recommend
