Great support system, my child's birth did not go as planned, a month early, emergency c section over an hour away from home. At that point I had never met Lori she was my second back up midwife - she was calm, patient and helped us understand what was going on. She drove over an hour, in the middle of the night through a snow storm just to be at the hospital with us and stayed until we were all resting well the next day. For pre birth and follow up care Laura and Heather we're also very welcoming and helpful. I felt like my concerns were heard and they were on top of any issues I had (breastfeeding, babies health, dtc.)
