Exceptional, professional service. Sean did a fabulous job fixing our furnace when it wouldn't start. I've used Motion's other service "Motion Electrical Contracting" before and knew they did great work, were always on time, professional, up front and honest (not trying to up-sell you on equipment you don't need). Our furnace is 20 years old so we thought, "Oh no we're going to need a new one" but that wasn't the case. Sean explained the issue clearly and corrected it right away. He was courteous, friendly and respectful of our home environment. He wore a mask the entire time because of the COVID-19 pandemic and cleaned up the work area around the furnace before leaving. I'm truly impressed with the level of professionalism from the entire team at Motion Heating and Cooling and highly recommend them if your in need of services they offer.

Maintenance is off for 2 weeks and l come back to a job well done by Motion but Shawn did a great job for the installation of 8 units if l could put picture up Hats off to Shawn for a job well done and neat and tidy no mess to be found way to go Motion for having Shawn on your crew
