Cass recently lightened my hair about 3 weeks ago, and during the appointment she was extremely thorough asking more questions before applying lightener than ever! I appreciate her methodical approach, and how she was honest about the process. My favourite part is that she does not use heat to increase the processing time! She cares about the integrity of your hair! And has great chair side manour, and is there to learn about you ... not talk about herself!

Erin has been taking care of my eyebrows for 3 years now. She cares about her clients, and is always keeping herself educated on the latest and greatest advancements available to her in the beauty industry. She works tirelessly for her team, and her community. After I had my first eyebrow appointment, my level of confidence boosted and I felt like myself again after going through such a struggle with anxiety and loosing hair on my eyebrows.
