Required reparations on our ductless heatpump. Airwave was able to set us up with one of their more experienced tech, John, the day after we called in. They were easily willing to support a unit they don't typically support. They were very up front with their quotes, worked swiftly and was very knowledgeable and engaged to address my questions and concerns. The work was done very cleanly and he was transparent with what to expect. Thanks for the great work!
