I wanted to share my experience with Buy the
Bolt I want to let everyone know what a wonderful job I can't say enough about the knowledge this man has working on my machines very honest full of information ask a question it's answered honestly I called on a Friday he was out Tuesday morning I can't say enough he has my machine running like it's brand new and my machines is about 12 years old feels like the day I bought it

After years of frustration, much to my delight the area got a new Innova dealer. Jeff is knowledgable, friendly and only a phone call away. My machine is working beautifully and best of all his rates for a home visit are reasonable.

Jeff has gone above and beyond helping me with my long arm and I couldn't be happier. (July 12, 2021, 10:54 pm)Buy the Bolt is the Innova Longarm distributor for Ontario ++ and are the easiest, friendliest and most conscientious business people I have had the pleasure to meet and work with. They quickly become friends.
I most recently upgraded my Innova longarm to AutoPilot Mach 3 and the process was so easy and smooth. Jeff did the installation and both came back a couple of days later with Heather giving me the quick lesson. What a great experience overall.
Innova makes THE BEST longarm machines. I've had mine since 2011 and would never part with it. The addition of the Mach 3 is going to enhance the experience.
You can't ask for any better service than you get from Innova and now from Jeff and Heather Fisher at Buy the Bolt. Oh, and their fabric selection is pretty darn good too.
