I definitely recommend getting a Lawyer stamp for notarization as this is what gives it more weight for immigration, to say.
As a lawyer, he has a fair price in contrast to a non-lawyer (like Paralegal) who charge same price.
Getting it notarized by a Lawyer is more professional and fancy.
