Thank you and kudos to Brandon and Assurance Heating & Cooling. Wow. He quickly identified and repaired of our 4-year-old heading system. A problem the original installing company didn't have time for - probably because it was on 4 years old, and they installed it! He was responsive, straightforward, and honest! Even ran to Waterloo to get the warranty part! I am recommending Brandon and Assurance 100% to everyone and anyone I know with a heating problem in Guelph, Kitchner, Waterloo, and Cambridge! They are a rare find in these days of poor service and arrogant responsiveness.

Brandon was a pleasure to deal with and the work he did for us was top notch. He was also very informative to us with regard to the service and appliance he installed (a pool heater). I asked a lot of questions and maybe was more labour-intensive than the average customer, but Brandon answered everything we asked and was knowledgeable and professional, as well as personable.

We had Brandon come help us with a newly purchased house. He performed maintenance on our heating system, fixed and installed proper air intakes for the furnace, and checked and cleaned our AC unit. He also fixed the gas line running through the house and installed a connector in the kitchen for the stove. He was quick and extremely professional through the whole process. We are planning to have him out again soon to install a new gas fireplace. I completely recommended him for any of your service needs.
