I received excellent service throughout my entire finance process. It was a pleasure to work with Nicolas Joanna because she was both a professional and knowledge of the industry. Throughout the entire process, Joanna ensured that all of our needs were met and that everything went smoothly.
We first contacted Joanna to get a better mortgage deal that BMO was offering over other major banks. As it was the last day to receive the deal and our closing being only 2 weeks away we were hesitant on starting a new mortgage application with BMO. However, Joanna began working on our application the moment we called. She worked past normal working hours and was available on weekends and the Canada Day holiday.
