Dr. Walcott and his team are great! Both arms broke off my bifocals, and were damaged beyond repair. He went through his whole inventory (2 years after I bought them from him) trying to find a match, to no avail. So he suggested another optometrist in Orangeville. They had frames that matched my lenses perfectly. Thank you Dr. Walcott for the selfless suggestion! I'll see you for my eye exam next year!
