My order was late because of Canada post and this company handled it amazingly with no issues and refunded my shipping. I recommend this store to anyone who is in the fish hobby, their almond leaves and alder cones are amazing quality and they make a great extract when boiled for south american biotopes. Thank you from British Columbia! will continue to order always!

Make the trip it is so worth it.
(December 29, 2018, 2:28 pm)The staff was helpful & very upfront about the longevity of certain species of some of the fish I was going to purchase.They were low on selection of fish the afternoon I was there ...but judging by the amount of people that came in while we were there I'm sure they restock very frequently!! The only reason its not a 5* is because they are understaffed.We had to wait to be served and because others behind had kids we kept our questions short. All in all great wee mom & pop shoppe
