Does NOT try to upsell you repairs you don't need (no-one will tell you that your car needs a new "Johnson Rod", despite the funny cartoon on Howie's office door).

(August 2, 2018, 4:29 am)I called Howie to get information on a vehicle he had serviced and I was now considering purchasing as a used vehicle. I do not know Howie, I have never been to his shop, and I do not live in Guelph, Yet, he still took a lengthy amount of his time to review the service records of the vehicle that I was considering, and clearly informed me of the vehicles maintenance records. To top it off, he gave me great advice on how to teach myself to drive standard! What an awesome guy...so it must be an awesome business!
