Now this A&W is pulling drivers ahead when food isn’t ready just like McDonald’s. What happened to “fast food”?

The staff at the wellington st guelph location are genuinely friendly and helpful.

While this A&W location is not as easily accessible as the one on Woodlawn, nor is the parking lot as large, the staff have been friendly and polite each time I have visited the restaurant. I have only ordered via the Drive-Thru but my experience has been nothing but positive so far. During my more recent visit my order was expected to take a little longer than usual, so the staff member directed me to a parking space where she would then deliver my food to my car. I am impressed with the quality of customer service that was delivered as well as the quality of the food.

The service here has always been friendly and I love A&W as a fast food chain. Their straws are compostable and the food is delicious and healthy.
