The people here seem to be very knowledgeable and very helpful. They don't try and force an upsell onto you like other places do. I have bought many electronics and other things from here and none of them have had any problems so far. They also often have really good deals on computers

The staff do a good job of trying to help with various questions of attachments of equipment, etc. Don't enjoy at all the 'up-sell' of extended warranty stuff. That is annoying, and not the fault of the staff. Wish the higher-ups would not be so pushy with this. Usually try to shop elsewhere for larger electronics etc., just to avoid the up-sell. Otherwise, the staff are quite helpful!

It's Best Buy. Staff very helpful & knowledgeable. Great prices on Memory cards if you watch the flyers or join online for weekly updates. Free Parking & lots of it. Convenient to the University of Guelph & Stone Road Mall & Metro grocery store.

Went pretty well. The open item I wanted had been sold, but they gave me the same discount on a new one. Got all the items I was looking for, including one I didn't think they had. Helpful attitude amount staff.

definitely a great place to go, especially when you're buying devices. Great costumer service, but it would be nice having an online best buy help live chat.
