Canadian Tire - Guelph Stone RD, ON

Good location, good selection of items. Reason for my 3-stars is staff isn't super helpful and often very difficult to find when required. Should focus on either hiring more people or devoting more to remain within their designated areas. Location is quite clean and otherwise organized. Nice garden area.

Called beforehand to see if they could fix my tire - they said bring it in and they will see if they can get to it. When I got there the guy said they were not taking in any cars that day. I told him I called and it had a flat tire so it would have to sit there until they could get to it, even if it was later in the week.

3 hours later they called and said it was fixed. (On a Sunday)

So great service other than them trying to originally turn me away. If your car needs to be fixed just insist its ok to sit for a day and they will likely get to it that day.

I love Canadian Tire unless its for auto service. The stores are very well laid out. They carry great products and large selection. The sales they have everyday are unreal.

This location deserves a 5 star rating. The location is easy to get to with plenty of parking. An abundance of products, friendly staff and no waiting at the check out. Amazing discounts on all the items you are looking for and more. Good supply of goods. The store seems well managed. Way to go!

No complaints, they had what I was looking for and it was reasonably priced. It's a pro and con they allow people to bring in their dogs, but certainly better than leaving them in the car. One gripe I do have is that while staff are helpful whenever you're looking for something they don't take you to the spot. Half the time it would be faster is they walked you there instead of trying to describe it.
