We used Carbon Cafe for our Zero Waste Festival - they catered to the dietary restrictions of our volunteers, and to the needs of our festival when it came to using reusable platters. We fed over 70 hungry hard workers that day, and couldn't have done it without Carbon Cafe and their fantastic eats!
What a fabulous location, and amazing owner. The food is fresh made and sandwhiches, soups, wraps, smoothies, and coffee are the perfect items for the local students. They can order ahead and pick up their food. It is kind of like having a bit of home for them. Great place!
Amazing food and amazing service with great customer care. The employees here provide a warm and welcoming environment and went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied with the food and beverages. Definitely a good place to study if you are looking for a quiet place.
They make a delicious muffin called the Gruffin! It has pumpkin seeds, carrot, cinnamon, and a small amount of apple. It is a filling muffin, healthy, and very tasty as well! (I care a lot about flavour! ?)
Pat and Paul are wonderfully kind. I have asked for Paul's Gruffins, and he has even made a batch of them if I am willing to wait for 45 minutes. What service!! They have muffins, paninis, salads (including Greek), soup of the day, English muffins with eggs on them, coffee, cookies, bars (dessert), etc. You can sit and eat inside, have food to go, or eat out on their patio.
For those of you that are into natural eating, they said that they will spray their grill with coconut oil. (I asked because of someone I know that wants everything to be organic and natural.) They even have someone make their muffins using a sourdough starter! I believe Pat said that their salads are organic. What a great spot!
