I was looking for some relief for tired feet and saw all the great reviews that others had put up for Christine's reflexology service. What I was not expecting was for a HUGE improvement in my range of motion for my left arm which has suffered from a frozen shoulder.
Previously I had not been able to raise it beyond the 9:30 position if you imagine the face of a clock. This is after multiple physiotherapy sessions over the course of a year and it being stuck in this state over the last 3 years.
After about 10 minutes of targeted "Reflexology in Motion" treatment, I am now able to raise it to the 11:30 position!!!!
Absolutely miraculous. I'm still stunned about these results when I didn't even go in for this. All I was looking for was for a great foot massage!

Christine is a calm energy and so very good at what she does. If you're looking for an attentive, professional reflexologist, look no further. Her treatments help me with blood circulaltion, water retention, and overall relaxation. I get so excited for my appointments with Christine! She really is wonderful!

Christine is fantastic. We gave reflexology a try for the first time and we were blown away by how good the treatment was. We immediately felt relaxed, ache free especially with the foot treatment and more importantly felt refreshed. I’m telling you this woman has magic fingers, her professionalism and someone who listens to your needs and tries to pinpoint what you’re looking for to help you with your overall health is totally outstanding. Personally I’ve had issues with my feet and legs for a long time now and other minor issues. In one session with Christine I feel like I have more flexibility and energy than I haven’t had in a long time. I’ve already booked my next appointments for the next three months and cannot wait for her to continue with her abilities to get me to where I need to be. I definitely would recommend her.
