Customer service, reliable, experienced, and solution-focused are all words that come to mind when I think of City-Com Communications! Their team is great at answering questions and providing the best solution for any business. Scott, Steve, Allan, and the whole team go the extra mile to make sure everything is clear and that you are taken care of. I would 10/10 recommend giving them a call if you are looking for a telecommunications company who cares about their clients and are leaders in the industry.

I appreciate dealing with Allan, our account manager, and his team. I first met Allan about two years ago when he visited onsite when our new office space was under development, to quote me on installing a new phone system. We did purchase the phone system from him, as I liked the price and the product. More importantly, I appreciated that Allan was professional, friendly, capable, and available - everything you'd want in business relationships. Over the last two years whenever I needed to consult with Allan about an issue or to buy something else, his excellent customer service has remained the same. I have further enjoyed solid work from any technician he has sent onsite or remotely, and though I've never had any issues, I feel reassured that if any occurred, I have a responsible account manager in Allan to go to.

I am very pleased having City-Com Communications as our telephone system contractor. City-Com is a very serious and reliable company with respectful and professional technicians who are always welcome at Wellington Park care Centre.
