Dr. Meredith Smith, DC

Dr. Meredith is an incredible doctor. I have been adjusted by many chiropractors and will continue to do so. Hopefully I can see her again if I drive through Milton! She constantly updates me on recent studies and chiropractic research whenever I see her. Dr. Meredith is kind, honest and takes a great scientific approach. She also gives one perfect neck adjustment! She is well versed in various techniques and has a great way of explaining concepts I am unfamiliar with. She often recommends or works with other types of physicians and medical professionals which is something that is lacking in the medical world today. Hope to see you soon.

She is also always willing to help with other things you may not realize is causing your ailments. I began seeing Dr. Meredith about five years ago. I had chronic back pain. My lower back would "go out" on a regular basis for the previous 25 years, leaving me in incredible agony for days. My neck and upper back always hurt and I found myself constantly adjusting my neck, trying to get it to release or somehow magically feel better. I had a bit of a hump on my upper spine and I was having a difficult time turning my head when I was driving. My family doctor told me I had osteoarthritis. I wrote this off as part of having lived a physically active life and aging. I had gone to a chiropractor before, when my back "was out" and it was helpful, but certainly not life altering. Nobody taught me about my spine until I went to Dr. Meredith. She had a life plan for me which has been incredibly effective. I have gone from constant discomfort to rarely noticing I even have a spine. The hump on my upper spine is barely there and I have no difficulty turning my head anymore. She has made the same kind of difference with friends I have sent her way. Dr. Meredith really cares about everyone she works with. Dr. Meredith is very gentle, precise, personable, and knowledgable. She knows what she is doing, and also hears you out when you have concerns or changes with your body. You can tell that she genuinely believes in her patients and that she wants to see them well.
