The ventilator fan on the furnace was failing so I looked up the details and asked Cornerstone to obtain, and install it. I was given a date and time. The Electrician arrived as arranged, with the motor and about 30 minutes later the job was complete. He took took a photograph of the assembly prior to disassembly. I had no surprises with the invoice which came the next day. Excellent and professional service.

After calling numerous plumbing contractors on a Sunday for a leaking water pipe, Cornerstone Trade Solutions Inc. was the only company to confirm that they could do the repair promptly. Cornerstone was upfront on the price and sent a technician(Patrick) within two hours of the call. Patrick arrived wearing a mask and repaired the leak quickly and told me while he was cleaning up that they would email me an invoice. I will call Cornerstone Trade Solutions the next time I have an emergency.
