Eagle's Flight

We had a great experience with our time at Eagles Flight. My school participated in a leadership workshop and we were provided with an excellent service. The person that led the workshop, Todd, taught our group how leadership is so important and definitely brought our group closer together. I would recommend having Eagles Flight to make any of your work environments more organized and to have better connections with your colleagues.

Sure, I’m biased after working at Eagle’s Flight for 20+ years. I love this team! But most of that bias comes from years of taking inbound calls. Every week someone calls in to say that they remember participating in a program 5 or 10 or even 20 years ago and how much impact it had on them at work and outside of work. Usually they are at a new company and want to bring us in. I love it! How much do you remember from 20 years ago let alone a training program you went through?!

We had a culture training session here that stressed the importance of clear communication. Everyone was amazing, energetic and our staff couldn't get enough. The only negative feedback our staff gave was that we only spent the afternoon there.
