(January 2, 2019, 3:38 pm)We requested information on Sunday, December 30, 2018 regarding a replacement part for our vanEE Ventilation System. Today, January 2, 2019, we received a detailed explanation regarding our query. I called and placed the order today and was advised that it would arrive to our home in Brighton, Ontario TOMORROW!!
Due to the holidays etc. I really did not expect a response would be forthcoming so quickly. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant....an asset for any company.
NOW THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND
