I have been seeing Shaun for 2 years now I have NEVER had a bad appointment. Shaun is always professional and very friendly. She always caters to the mood that I’m in. If I’m tired and not feeling social Shaun will respect it and let me relax. If you like to talk during the treatment she is very engaging and social. I alway feel different when I go to get my treatment but Shaun always knows how to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I honestly would travel 1.5 hours or more to get treatment from Shaun. I have been booking massages with Amanda for a couple months now, and though small in stature she packs a hard punch! When I have had muscle issues, she uses her extensive knowledge in kinesiology to help guide me on the right path of things to look for in my lifestyle that could be helping or not. Since starting to see her I have felt less tense and have had better sleeps. Another huge advantage is that she is flexible to my schedule, be it during the week or on the weekend.

Shawn is the best massage therapist I have found in the Guelph area. She is very good at deep massage and knows exactly where I am having problems and how much pressure to apply. After 1 visit my back already felt better than it had with multiple chiropractor visits.The atmosphere is relaxing, warm, and the bed is comfortable. I like that she is quiet so I can relax and not have to make conversation. The murals are cheery. My only complaint would be that there is no waiting room area so you have to wait outside however so far she has always been prompt so I haven't had to wait long. I plan to keep seeing her as long as I can.
