(January 9, 2018, 10:33 pm)Much better since moving from old location and cleaning house. The old staff was lazy, unmotivated and couldn’t explain anything. The new staff is the opposite. I’ve had Joe respond to emails at 9 pm at night to make sure everything was done so my wife could pick up her car on time (the dealership didn’t do anything to help the process until I took a day off to get it sorted out).

The claims rep was kind, and explained everything clearly. They were very fast in repairing my vehicle, and their office rep called me to check in and make sure that everything was going great.
In my experience, they have the best price and best service in town! -
