Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the individual who took my call. However, they were extremely accommodating and managed to schedule a last minute appraisal for us a week out from closing. The appraiser, Kim Passmore, was equally as pleasant to work with and produced a report within 24 hours of the inspection date. I look forward to working SW Irvine and Associates in the future.
