Staff from First onSite were very knowledgeable and professional. From the shoring up of the brick on the outside of the house to the drywall repair on the inside, all was done well and in a timely manner. Contractors working for them (brick layers and garage door installers) also did a great job!„

On Saturday morning, November 16th, I had the misfortune of having a flood in my condo.

After a couple of minutes of panic on my part, I phoned the Superintendant of the building. She recommended, & called, Terry Murphy from “First on Site” in Guelph.

Terry came within a half hour. He assessed the situation, calmed me down & had one of his crews at my place in about two hours.

The work ethic of this team was beyond my expectations. They worked solidly for three hours, ripping up the flooring, removing the baseboards, washing the floors, cleaning, disinfecting, moving furniture, etc. All of was done with great professionalism, sense of humour, & respect for my property.
