I'm not one to leave reviews often but wanted to take the time to recognize how welcoming and warm the staff are at the movie theater. I think teenagers seem to get a bad wrap but every teen I've spoken to that worked here was extremely positive, helpful, and had excellent customer service skills! I've had better customer service the few times I've been here compared to some restaurants. Kudos to the team!

(February 27, 2019, 1:43 am)It’s the nicer cinema in Guelph. It’s a bit dated (upholstery, carpets, trim, paint, etc) and could use a detailing job. The staff are pleasant though, and I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s located close to some restaurants and other shops, so it’s in a nice area for a date night.
