Staff was fast and friendly! They even serve beer now!! Film was enjoyable and seats were comfortable!

This theater is always clean and the staff are incredibly hospitable and friendly. I'm not one to leave reviews often but wanted to take the time to recognize how welcoming and warm the staff are at the movie theater. I think teenagers seem to get a bad wrap but every teen I've spoken to that worked here was extremely positive, helpful, and had excellent customer service skills! I've had better customer service the few times I've been here compared to some restaurants. Kudos to the team!

The theater was really nice, but my god, the parking lot. I won't go back for another movie, entirely because of how awful that parking lot is. Way too small for the size of the plaza.

Great selection here. This theatre is comfortable, clean and roomy. The staff are friendly and helpful even during busy times.

It’s the nicer cinema in Guelph. It’s a bit dated (upholstery, carpets, trim, paint, etc) and could use a detailing job. The staff are pleasant though, and I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s located close to some restaurants and other shops, so it’s in a nice area for a date night.
