Gateway Pet Memorial - Guelph

The team at Gateway in Guelph were incredibly compassionate, flexible, and professional. Every staff member we dealt with (Stacey, Carrie, Cynthia, Nelson) went the extra mile to help us through the heart breaking loss of our dog and his aftercare. I highly recommend them for anyone needing after-care for a beloved pet.

Last week we lost our sweet furbaby. We were so touched to receive our dog's clay paw print as a beautiful keepsake. It was wrapped so thoughtfully and included a really great brochure about grief and coping. Gateway even provides a phone line if you need to talk about your grief. Thank you, so much for your care and kindness during our devastating time.

Wonderful and caring people work at Gateway Pet Memorial. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and compassionate they have shown to not only to me personally but also to many of my friends and clients over the years. Their team is always there for you during these difficult times. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is never easy. Thank you for making these tough times easier on us all. I can't thank Gateway (Mike Pukay) enough for going above and beyond to help me get the items (urns) I wanted. I sure wish there was a place like Gateway up in Northern Ontario. The south doesn't know how good they have it, to have such an amazing service such as this. Be very thankful.

I’ve unfortunately lost 2 cats within 12 months, and Gateway has been amazing. Desiree specifically has been so kind, professional, and thoughtful.
