We were first-time home buyers and Chris was our inspector. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all areas of the home. He gave us thorough and clear answers to our questions, and gave detailed explanations for items needing attention. We were very happy with the service we received from him.
I used their service for a home insulation tax credit and they were excellent. They managed the process very efficiently. The inspector was also very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about the systems of my house and things to look for in the future. I wish I hired AmeriSpec when I bought the house originally and will definitely use them first in the future.
Even during the COVID - 19 I was very well supported and represented. The extra added moving concierge is second to none. I am very happy
