Good coffee, staff are always friendly, and the baked goods are tasty albiet a bit overpriced in my opinion

I really enjoy a Planet Bean coffee and feel I am making a difference if only in a very small way because of it's commitment to serve delicious Fair Trade coffee. On my last visit I noticed how this location has a bit of an echoey tendency as the staff behind the counter were engaged in a lively conversation between customers that I found a bit distracting with my own conversation with a friend. I love having self serve water available, it has limited seating that can feel kind of intimate at times with other patrons and the washrooms were great!

I forgot my wallet at school and realized I didn’t have enough change when I ordered.
They gave me a coffee anyway!! All kind people that work here. I made sure to tip well the next time I came in. Many thanks to all the high quality, fair trade coffee served here :)

Planet Bean is our go to coffee spot. Just down the road which is good because I refuse to go to a timmys. Fair trade, organic, AMAZING REAL coffee and AMAZING REAL people that run the place too. Friendly and happy I will go out of my way to come here before I go to any large franchise cream and sugar coffee shop.

This is the coffee shop I can count on having enough seating in Guelph for a quieter conversation with my clients and business partners. Always enjoy a good cup of brew whether it is hot or cold. And I can't say enough about their vegan almond cookies.. a treat! Service is friendly, place is clean, easy access to parking. See you soon!
