The entire staff are friendly and warm and welcoming from the receptionist to the dentist. I especially felt so comfortable with Jasmine she is a gem. I went there feeling very nervous and they did everything possible to make me feel relaxed. Dr. Kim was so gentle and professional. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

The entire team is so welcoming and are great with kids! Admittedly, my kids are usually very nervous around dentists and the team here go above and beyond to make them comfortable, answer their questions and they're very direct which helps them understand what's coming up and deal with the procedures taking place. Would definitely recommend!

I trust the staff here and I love their energetic positive energy. Narcisz is very kind at the front desk - it’s a nice place to walk into. The back team are terrific as well. Lindsay the assistant is very friendly. Kayla & Kate are both knowledgeable hygienists in their field and make you feel welcome and relaxed. It’s a fun time while you are in the chair and not all serious like your average dental office.

Awesome bonus is the massage rollers built in the chair. I’ve seen both dentists at this location - Dr. Kim & Dr. Kwak and both are gentle and I am always beyond satisfied when I leave the office.

You gotta come check them out. Hands down best dental office in Guelph!

Amazing staff! My family was met with lots of smiles and warmth. We all feel cared for at starwood. There is a gentleness there that is important to me when visiting a dentist. Appointment making is quick and easy. Bonus: they have direct billing.
