Great Clips

The haircut was by Ruby, I usually came here before too and some crazy lady with blonde hair cut my hair but Ruby did better than her. She was nice and smiling, had a great time and with other two ladies too on Saturday evening. I appreciate the coupons.

I like all stylists, they work hard and do their job. They keep cleaning the salon only two ladies I see them doing it all the time. Very young and skinny. Their times are good for waiting not too long. I know people like to complain for no reason for coupons and times. Its walk in only, it's good if its fast haircut. I always see the managers are not working properly with the employees if there is a child crying in the chair, it's not the stylist's fault at all. They are doing their job and if people are not happy they should go to a kids shop if they are uncontrollable. The child is always moving and the stylist tells them please make sure he doesn't move.
I love coming here, great service, great stylists, they show the mirror to make sure it's good. It's always clean salon. Its amazing yo come here. Best products. Thank you ladies.

An amazing experience at great clips! Ruby is tremendously talented with an attention to detail you don't often see in busy salons with a large staff. I had cut was executed to perfection. The salon is beautiful, very clean and with a healthy buzz of clients through the door. Price point was excellent and reflected the value of the service delivered. She was very cute and entertaining. I come to work here from the USA and this is great salon that I liked in Guelph. Ensuring the client experience was top of mind. Highly recommended!!
