Guelph City Mazda

I am from Etobicoke but was in Guelph for the day. My Mazda had an issue and I called Guelph City Mazda for some service help. Ryan (the service manager) was very patient and talked me through possible fixes for the problem I was having. His top concern was to help me over the phone and not unnecessarily have me come into the dealership to charge me for having a look at it. For that I am very appreciative and would highly recommend this location.

My boyfriend and I came here to buy our first car and had a phenomenal experience. Reg was incredibly knowledgable, spent a lot of time answering our questions, and wasn’t pushy at all. He worked with us to make sure we were comfortable and excited about our purchase. Mohsen also made us feel incredibly valued as customers, and we’re thrilled with our new CX-5! I couldn’t recommend the team here more highly - they’re great!

Bought a 2013 Mazda 3 at end of June and just had my first service. Everyone had been pleasant and helpful. Car is running great. Overall very positive experience.
