(March 8, 2019, 1:37 am)My furnace died last Thursday afternoon and by Friday afternoon I had a brand new furnace installed. I had no idea who to call and a friend recommended Guelph Climate Care. I am so glad they did. The diagnostic technician and the fellows who installed the furnace were wonderful. They explained the problem clearly, there was never any pressure to buy a particular furnace and were careful to leave the house clean. When my A/C dies, I will won’t hesitate to call this company again.
(January 31, 2019, 1:06 am)We needed a furnace in less than a week- someone came to provide the quote within 48 hours of calling and he was very professional and informative while he was at our house. The installers were there less than a week later ! Price very competitive to other hvac providers in town. Would highly recommend this company!
(January 15, 2019, 9:53 pm)Flora at Guelph Climate Care took the time to help us make the best of a bad situation on New Years Eve! She thoroughly explained all of our options and helped us work out our new furnace. The technicians that came out were pleasant and were very respectful of our home. (Also they were nice to our dogs who insisted on meeting the first gentleman that came to assess the situation) This is a great company all around! (November 4, 2018, 1:42 pm)John came out to see us a few weeks back. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He analyzed a unique and difficult situation and performed research to find the best solution for us. He performed maintenance on our system to ensure it was working as efficiently as possible and solved another unanswered issue we were having. Thank you John! We will definitely use Guelph ClimateCare in the near future.
