A quiet, clean building. Close to the Hanlon, 10 min walk from downtown.
Just recently moved in, and could not be happier with the decision. Being only a few minutes from both the highway and downtown make this an excellent location for any kind of tenant. The building management is also very kind and helpful. Looking forward to spending my time here!
I have lived here almost 3 years. Marilyn is the building manager and she does a great job ! Whenever I have needed something in my unit or something related to the grounds or parking lot she is right on it. She is very approachable and easy to reach and when she is away she delegates the calls to a reliable person for handling. Nice area close to many amenities and transit also !
