Heard great things about Ryan and his wife. They seem to be the most popular realtors in Exhibition Park. My wife's good friend used them a month back. Loved the results.
Ryan and Beth Waller helped our family immensely through the purchase and sale procedure. We LOVED our home, but it didn't meet the needs of our growing family - knowing that, they were able to help us find the house with the potential of our dreams.
Through selling they were quick to help with anything that needed to be done and truly went above and beyond. Personable, communicative, honest and knowledgable - all things you look for in real estate agents on your side!
Ryan is fantastic. Always quick to reply to text messages and emails. With his help we were able to purchase our forever family home in the neighborhood we love and sell our first home in only 3 days. He knows and loves Guelph and it shows.
Ryan helped us purchase our first house this fall. It took us some time to figure out what we exactly wanted in our first house as we looked around Guelph and then broadened our searches to K-W and Ryan was great through it all! When we became discouraged after getting a few offers turned down, he was very optimistic and strategic in how to continue our house hunting. Ryan is a super friendly, easy to talk to agent and it is evident he truly cares about his clients and strives to build relationships with them. Highly recommend :)
I don't know Ryan personally but I did see a situation where there was a lady on the Guelph this and that facebook group who was having a rough time getting money to eat and put a shelter over her head. Ryan was the first person to put his hand up and offer to help out. It was a kind act from someone that wasn't looking for any recognition for his good will. I applaud Ryan for being a great citizen of Guelph. Cheers Ryan.
