(March 12, 2019, 9:26 pm)I have to say that Jill was OUTSTANDING! With having a daughter looking to purchase her first new car. She felt overwhelmed and nervous, as being a young girl, looking for someone that would respect her and not try to "pull the wool over her eyes" Jill took the time to really understand what my daughter was looking for. Not once did she pressure my daughter into something she did not want or need. She was patient, very kind and really looked after her. Even with the paperwork and options, Jill deserves more than 5 stars! My daughter is so happy with her Nissan Kicks and knows that she will be back to see Jill and send any of her friends to see her. Thank you Jill for everything! My daughter's experience with Guelph Nissan was everything a Father could ask for when my little girl wanted to get her first car. (with no real help from me!)
(February 17, 2019, 6:04 pm)Great experience dealing with the staff at Guelph Infiniti / Nissan. Started with excellent communication from the sales staff, then a very accommodating test drive. From there we received a very fair trade in value and purchase price on our new Titan, Moving from a compact sedan into a luxury pickup was a huge decision, thank you for making the experience pleasurable.
(February 2, 2019, 3:50 pm)I had my car serviced at Guelph Nissan recently and I couldn't be more happy with the whole experience! Debbie was very helpful in keeping me updated as well as doing her best to keep the cost to a minimum. The shuttle service is an incredible specimen of customer service. Shawn, the shuttle driver, drove me to and from work (while my car was being worked on) with excellent timing, and he is a great conversationalist. My new car battery works like a charm and my sound system works again (I had blown a fuse whilst boosting my car incorrectly). I will definitely be returning to Guelph Nissan for any future issues.
(December 24, 2018, 4:47 pm)Nice service. One star off as I expected car wash. I am pleased with service overall. The repairs were complete in 1 hour. I am very pleased with overall quality of Nissan cars and service. The prices are adequate too. In comparison we have Chevrolet Spark and experience is much worse starting from car design and ease of use, etc
