Cleo

I would like to post this review because every single time I have entered Cleo, the assistant ‘Heather’ had exceeded my expectations of retail shopping. Heather has always met me with kindness and listened to what I’m looking for, helped me when picking out items for special occasions and always made sure I was happy with my purchase. She has gone above and beyond every single time I’ve shopped here, to the point I won’t buy items when she isn’t around! High-Five to you Heather!

First time at Cleo yesterday. I was looking for some office attire and was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received. Jen, the store manager, was super helpful, kind and made me feel welcome.

I walked out of there with exactly what I needed and I will definitely be back. The clothing is great quality!

It’s a daunting experience for a man to enter a woman’s clothing store in search for a birthday present for his wife. The salespeople at Cleo made it easy. Patricia was very helpful in selecting a blouse to go with the sweater that I had chosen. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store at the Stone Road Mall.

I had a great experience at this Cleo store (Guelph, stone road mall). Nice collection of clothing ,great quality, organized/clean store, friendly staff, especially a lovely lady I met there (Patricia Hinchliffe) ,she was so welcoming, smiling, helpful, patient and super professional. I can't thank her enough. Will always be coming to this store.
