so I keep going back. I say customer focused because I was in trouble once and needed my tank emptied -
he went out of his way to help me out.

I called in the morning with an issue and was treated with professional courtesy and a very quick response to fix my problem.
Showed up on his way home for supper and took the time to flush my drains out. Thanks for the great service and very reasonable
