I shopped here for my suit and my groomsmens' suits. I love the suit and so did my groomsmen. But the two times I went in, the staff were wholly disinterested in helping me. I found everything I needed on my own, asked to use their dressing room, took all my sizes and bought it online instead. They also had little idea of where they'd recommend me getting the suits tailored. The company got the sale either way, the store didn't and that was disappointing.
