(September 14, 2020, 12:53 am)The units are well maintained but the adjoining walls are thin so neighbour's noise is constant. Also, the parking is ridiculously outdated with a one spot per unit policy. Secondary cars are relegated to using first come first serve visitors parking ( if there is any). Last , the garbage has a rodent( skunks, rats, etc) problem.

(June 4, 2017, 3:35 pm)Professional, and very detail-orientated. Lived here for 3 years, easy moving-in and moving-out (they we're very accommodating). They upgraded the furnace and windows for all the units during our stay and they gave around a two weeks notice for the day. I 100% recommend living here!
