Mike is knowledgeable, honest and helpful. I thought I had a plumbing issue but he was able to explain the situation, and what the fix was. He did not charge me despite making a visit. They will be my go-to plumbers!

Purchased a new dishwasher with no idea how to a) uninstall the old one, or b) get the new one running. We called Jaytech on Monday, and they were able to have someone there on Tuesday installing it. It was done so quickly and professionally, showing up during the timeframe stated and getting the job comepleted. On top of this, our old dishwasher was taken away, which was something we planned on dealing with in the coming weeks, and we now don't have to think about it! Highly recommended!

I had a number pf plumbing jobs I needed done around the house. Shaun came by and gave an incredibly fair quote which I accepted on the spot. He came by a few days later to do the work and even did a little bit more for the same quote. Shaun did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Easily the best plumbing experience I've ever had!

Had a shut off valve installed and a leak repaired on another section of pipe. Excellent workmanship. Shaun was polite, professional, friendly and sincere, and got the work done quickly and cleanly. The price was reasonable and as quoted. Would definitely call them for any future work. Highly recommend.

I called when I had a burst pipe and spoke to Shaun. Shaun wasn't able to come sooner than our plumber however, he walked me through how to stop the water very patiently (twice on the phone) even though he wasn't coming to fix the issue. I truly appreciate this as I was in a panic and I know he was busy with back to back appointments.
