  They are so kind and very welcoming to my dog and myself. The doctor will get down to his level and make sure he is comfortable before proceeding. My pup has had alot of issues and I was worried to bring him back a few days after surgery as I thought I would get tagged with another charge. Dr. Ravi had us come in to take a look with no charge just to reassure me and never made me feel annoying. I leave with a smile on my face everytime I am there.

  I always recommend my friends to this clinic. The vet is an amazing man! So kind and empathetic. He understood my financial situation and made sure to help me make the visit as affordable as possible while still treating my fat orange floof of a cat. I've been to almost every vet clinic in Guelph, and his service has - by far - surpassed all of the experiences I've had elsewhere. I've been going there for 2 years now and I will never look back.

  The team here is amazing. They take such great care of my animals - I bring both my cat and dog here. I had an emergency today with my cat and they were extremely accommodating and scheduled me in.
