Not great pizza but it IS hot and it IS ready. The crazy bread is also very good
The guy that took my order was fantastic, recommending the best deal available, pizza was ready on time but one of our two pizzas was undercooked and doughy. I'm sure they would have cooked it more if I returned it to them but I made the drive home before I realized it was undercooked and really didn't want to drive all the way back. Check your pizza before you leave, but otherwise tasted okay. Just a bit of an inconvenience .
Second time being here, first time great service and speed. I'm upset at this very moment, because 6/8 of the slices are overcooked and the associate seem preoccupied with other things.. I understand the concept of "hot and ready" and so they keep a few pizza boxes in the warmer so if someone comes in it's already done. It's partly my fault because I was in a rush, and had to catch a bus so I didn't open the box to check. However, if it has been a while, as an employee, always check for freshness. Don't just serve it as is. Make a new pizza if needed. The 6 slices are so hard from the crust, to the pepperoni down to the cheese and have that slight burn taste so I can't eat it. I could only eat two slices. The only thing that makes it less painful is the price. Will try again next time I am in the area, but today I am disappointed.
