(August 18, 2020, 6:13 pm)Our Condominium has worked with MF Property Management for over 15 years. The property managers are extremely professional and do an excellent job of managing our property. We are an older townhouse complex and they really take the extra time and care to help solve issues we run into as the infrastructure ages. They are very responsive, have a lot of experience sourcing competent and reputable contractors to provide services like lawn care or roof maintenance. They are always on top of all the regulatory changes in the Condominium industry and are really good at helping educate us as Volunteer Board members about changes coming in the near future. I highly recommend them to any Condominium Board that is looking for help managing their Complex.
