I really appreciate the honesty and great service here. Especially if it's something that will be very expensive. They have always told me what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. As well as what I should expect to hear or feel while driving, when a particular part needs to be replaced. They answer all of my questions and help me feel reasured about my car's condition. I know they have my safety and best interest in mind, whenever I take my car to them. I don't even live in Guelph anymore, and I still drive here because I know things will get done right.
