I have been going to this Spa for over 10 years. The staff are wonderfully helpful and they always behave in the most professional way. The recent changes with the salon expansion and new leadership have only made things better.

Natalie and her girls go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and well looked after. There is no “sales pressure” to purchase any of the products they use which is a refreshing change in this profession.

There is a sense of “family” from all the staff here. After the difficult time of having to close earlier this year due to the pandemic they are all pulling together to make this business a success.

I would, and have, recommend Natalie Madden to anyone. I look forward to being a client for a long time to come.

I'm so excited for this business. I hadn't been here in a long time (since before the renovations and change in management) and when I walked in i was floored. It is stunning, and welcoming, and the vibes are on point.

Everything is new and the prices are still super reasonable. The staff is lovely. Natalie was there when I arrived and told me about the changes and you can feel the pride. Anita did my laser and she was super kind and informative and professional. I'm looking forward to coming back and eyeing that monthly (again super reasonably priced) package!

Absolutely beautiful spa and great location in the south end! The ladies are so wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend the lash extensions - Parker did mine . The rooms are gorgeous. So professional ! They also have a beautiful boutique for your shopping pleasure . So many products and services offered. Highly recommend! Natalie has done an amazing job taking over this spa! My experience with Natalie Maaden Spa has been amazing! The spa itself is beautiful, providing such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I have always been happy with the services that I have received, from waxing to eyelash treatments. The esthetician that I see, named Kim, is so skilled at what she does and it is evident that cares about making you feel good about yourself. I have also had some interactions with Natalie herself; she is so friendly and you can tell that she loves what she does! I highly recommend this spa as a go to place for any beauty services!

I receive fantastic service every time I go to Natalie Maaden. I am always greeted warmly and professionally. The services are always of top quality. Time and care is spent on a very thorough and professional job. My shellac manis and pedis seem to last much longer than other spas I have gone to in the past. Every staff member I have ever had the pleasure of booking with has been a joy to speak with and provides wonderful service. The space is beautiful, relaxing, and clean. I enjoy my visits every time and will continue booking my services here. I look forward to trying their newly introduced RMT services!
