Novalook

I bought a set of 52.5 pound adjustable dumbbells from Novalook almost 2 years ago. Delivery was quick and they're fantastic quality, no issues since getting them. Great customer service too: recently I accidentally dropped one of the dumbbells from a high height with a lot of weight on it and it broke the pin that holds some of the weights in place, which is to be expected with adjustable dumbbells like this. I reached out to their support and Peter Munro offered to repair and replace the handle for free. In the same week that the handle broke, I got a replacement. It was a really quick and hassle-free process. Highly recommend Novalook!

I have to say I'm very pleased with their service. I ordered two adjustable dumbells. It was delivered next day. Prompt, fast, reliable service. Good quality weights.

Update: I have had my weights for over a year so far. I use then a few times per week. Still going strong. Only regret was not buying the 90lbs adjustable ones.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Emailed the company as well as contacted Peter with a phonecall. He was quick to respond and had a replacement sent to my residence immediately. I was somewhat discouraged after seeing some of the reviews but my experience was incredible. Will continue to purchase items from Novalook! Well done guys, keep up the good work.
