I've gone to Norfolk Physiotherapy for the past while for treatment of tendonitis in my hand.
I've been very impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable Mona and Anji are. They caught some things that were not caught at other physiotherapy clinics and made good suggestions based on them. (ie. improving range of motion, strengthening opposing muscles & a variety of stretches to improve flexibility).
Mona did shockwave therapy for my hand, and I appreciated that her directions about what I could do aftewards were really specific but also realistic that I wanted to get back to my usual activity! (I'm sharing a photo of me getting shockwave therapy here.) And she delivered news that she knew I wouldn't like (taking a break from rock climbing) in a really gentle and positive way, which made it slightly easier to take.
You can get physiotherapy at lots of clinics, but I'd highly recommend this one if you're looking for a great combination of knowledge, advice, treatment and super friendly people!
I have went here for many injuries. They are very friendly and know what they are doing. Highly recommended
Amazing and caring staff. I recommend Norfolk Physio to anyone. Personally I have benefited from their knowledge and support while recovering from multiple injuries.
I am currently being treated for a sprained ankle with minor bone fracture. I am very impressed with the staffs' knowledge and ability to diagnose and treat effectively. My only regret is that I waited 6 weeks to get their help rather than in the first week following the injury. Plus they are very friendly and it is a pleasant experience.
