Guelph Glass are AWESOME! They are always good to me and up for weird and creative jobs. I have come to them for oddball requests and they're always up for a challenge. I called Guelph Glass to repair a broken window in my condo. I can't say enough good things about my experience. They were fast and efficient with both measuring the glass that needed to be replaced, and also with actually replacing the glass, the price was very reasonable, and they were also funny and personable.

I bought a few panes of glass from Guelph Glass and it's always been great service.

My most recent experience especially, I ordered 2 custom pieces of tempered glass during the lockdown (so things are expected to be slow) and they were responsive and amazing. I even screwed up my measurements (100% my error) and called to get them changed once I realized, and they were able to make the change for me free of charge. Fantastic customer service - when I makes the error and they still have my back that's great.

Plus, the glass I ordered from them cost less than half of the cost of the competition for the exact same thing. I'll continue to buy from them as long as I need glass :)
